I've just got new neighbours before Christmas and they are quite noisy and it really bugs me. But there's not much I can do about it, because they do bring the volume down after 9pm. But it still bugs me.
I'll just have to see how it goes.

Mine can be noisy, but not i the sense of swearing carrying on like that, just a little annoying, but i make up for it lol./
